SHIPPING PROCESS

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days at our warehouse in Nevada (USA orders) or Surrey (CAN orders.) During peak season (Nov to Jan), orders can take slightly longer to process.

Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We ship via:

 Please ensure the shipping address selected can receive all forms of shipment. 

Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method - usually 2 to 7 days.

We currently ship directly to addresses within the United States and Canada.

Freight Forwarders: éS does not ship to Freight Forwarders under any circumstances.

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United States or Canada, or to US territories.

ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

  • Order Confirmation Email: Sent within 30 minutes of placing your order.

  • Shipping Confirmation Email (with tracking number): Sent 1 business day after your order ships.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

Our warehouse will process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday.

  • Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to update.

  • Expedited shipping begins once your order leaves our warehouse, not when payment is completed.

Please note: delivery times are estimated and may be delayed by shipping carriers, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO A MILITARY ADDRESS OR P.O. BOX?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY?

Packages will be left at the delivery address. Please ensure shipping address is secure as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


TRACK MY ORDER 

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes:

  • Your order details
  • A tracking number
  • A link to track your shipment

Please note:
Tracking information may take 2-3 days to become active. If there are no updates right away, please check back later.

You can track your order in two ways:

  • If you have an account: Log in and go to My Account to track your order.
  • If you don’t have an account: Use our Tracking Order Tool. This will take you to the carrier's website.
Important: Please double-check your delivery address. If undeliverable, your order will be returned to our warehouse.
